Step 01: Skin diagnosis

A skin diagnosis is essential to determine your skin type and identify your specific needs. To do this, the dermatologist or skin expert will perform :

- An initial diagnosis to identify your skin type and your specific needs.

- Dermatological tests: using diagnostic devices (such as UV light cameras or skin analyzers) to detect underlying problems such as dehydration, pigmentation spots and wrinkles.

Based on the results of the diagnosis, the skin care professional proposes a customized treatment plan.

STEP 02: PEEL SESSION

A chemical peel is a skin treatment involving the application of a chemical solution made up of acids and active ingredients targeting specific concerns like acne, wrinkles, melasma or scars.

Chemical peels can be used as stand-alone treatments or combined with other techniques, either in the same session or in different sessions. Unlike most procedures that focus on shape and volume, chemical peels are the best add-on treatment to improve skin quality, providing a more comprehensive approach to rejuvenation.

The number of sessions required is defined by the skin expert following a skin diagnosis, and varies according to the patient's age, sex, indication and desired result.

A peeling session lasts from 30 minutes to 1 hour. Feelings vary from patient to patient, but the most commonly observed effects are warmth, heat and tingling.
